Dear Friends,
Isaiah 26:3 says "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because
he trusts in You.
To keep our hearts and minds under the protection and power of God's peace, we must fix
our minds against a takeover by anxiety or impurity. (Philippians 4: 6-8)
Whatever is pounding your mind, your body, your family, job or life -- God promises to keep
you in perfect peace when you trust him.
We need to set ourselves in partnership with Him -- the power is God's, but the vigilance is
ours.
Thirty years ago a music store was started here in my home town. After about a year my
father took it over because I went on the road doing my ministry. About 6 years ago I tried
taking it back over because Dad was getting older and kinda tired. Blending it still with my
ministry, kept me busy but over the past year or so I began to feel it's time to let the store
go. After a lot of thought, prayer, and advice, the music store will be closing by the last day
of July.
Believe me my life now seems to be an open book, and Bev and I are a little scared, but I
MUST trust in God more than ever. He will make a way when there seems to be no way.
Ministry is our life. Exactly what avenue, not sure, but for now we will keep on singing and
ministering. Please keep us in your prayers that we will follow and listen.
